Grace Alspaw, LMFT
Grace is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Grace offers therapy for individuals, couples, and families ages 7 and up. She enjoys working with a wide range of ages, communities, and ethnicities. Grace deeply believes in providing a safe, healing, and encouraging environment for clients to walk through some of the most difficult experiences life has to offer. Her primary therapeutic approaches flow out of Bowen Family Therapy and Narrative Therapy. She has experience working with addiction, anxiety, behavioral issues, domestic violence, family conflict, relational issues, suicidal ideation, trauma, PTSD, and spiritual exploration.
Grace received her Bachelors in Behavioral Health Science, with an emphasis in family dynamics from Grand Canyon University and her Master’s of Science in Family Therapy from Friends University. In addition, she is working towards extensive training in Gottman Therapy. Grace enjoys spending time with her dog, watching Chiefs football, putting together puzzles, and spending quality time with friends and family. Her goal is to have a trained therapy dog to provide additional support to clients during session.
